Here today gone tomorrow

Here today gone tomorrow

Modern Fan fiction: based on short story “How The World Was Saved” by Stanislaw Lem

Kevin, middle aged man who was seen as a philosopher by many for his constant questioning of society and the world for the way human beings lived their life. His best friend Tyler was a well-known contractor that thrived on inventing new technology that would somehow change the world for the better and would keep his name in lights and to remain known as a very successful man.  They often debated over priorities and saw the way of the world from two completely different views. Kevin always felt that growing technology to him was damaging the world more so than helping it and as each new generation grows and a new generation follows they would become more and more materialistic and less realistic. Tyler was the exact opposite in the sense that new technology was the way of the world and with money and power you would live happier. They would often spend afternoons on a mountain side, Kevin reading a book and Tyler developing his next great prototype arguing over the meaning of life
Kevin: what are you working on Tyler?
Tyler: I can’t say much until it’s complete but life from this machine on will be much easier. This machine will lead to even greater machines that will eventually make everyday life like a day at the beach.
Kevin: how could a machine make life that much easier?
Tyler: Just come over tomorrow and check it out and I’ll prove to you how this advancement will be the single greatest thing to happen to this world.

Kevin went home that night and pondered what would happen if something so essential to life wasn’t there one day and all the reliance on technology would soon mean nothing for survival. If the world could be inhabited millions of years ago without this technology what’s the big need for dependence on it now. Would human beings even know how to survive on their own without grabbing a cell phone and googleing answers? He eventually fell asleep and dreamt that all technology in the world didn’t function. Everyone woke up one morning to no electricity and had to learn to survive on just the knowledge they had.  The morning came and he was anxious to see the next greatest thing that Tyler had created but still couldn’t shake the thought of his dream of what would happen to the world with no technology. He made it to Tyler’s secret lab underground at his home and instantly demanded to see what had been created.

Kevin: okay. Where is it?
Tyler: first I need to explain what it is. This machine can control the solar system from the temperature from the sun, to when the sun shines, to what kind of weather I want for the day. For example today’s weather forecast is calling for not a single cloud in the sky with zero percent chance of rain. Now look outside and tell me what you see
Kevin: it’s pouring and it was just completely sunny only minutes ago. But I’m not convinced that was your machine that changed the weather.
Tyler: fair enough. If you could choose the act of weather for the next 10 minutes what would you want it to do?
Kevin: I want it to snow. But since it was just 75 degrees I don’t think it’s going to happen.
Tyler: it’s snowing right now.
Both move towards the window to look outside and see nothing but snowflakes falling from the sky. Taken back from amazement, Kevin stands speechless
Kevin: that’s a serious machine, how does it work?
Tyler: that’s a secret that nobody can know but it’s the greatest advancement in technology and it’s completely fail proof.
Kevin: what else can this thing do?
Tyler: it can do whatever you want it do that has to do with weather and the solar system.
Kevin: that’s dangerous Tyler. Not only are you messing with millions of years of evolution but if something were to happen to that machine the entire world would be in danger.
Tyler: trust me. There is nothing to worry about.
The two began to discuss the pros and cons on how the world would be with this new technology and just as they were going to turn the machine off the sun went black. The entire world was surrounded by darkness and instantly began to drop slightly in temperature.
Kevin: what did you do? That’s not funny Tyler. The sun is more important than anything
Tyler: I didn’t do anything and now the machine is stuck and won’t work. I don’t know how to fix this.
Kevin: we have to do something! The entire world depends on this
Tyler: You cannot tell a single soul about this. I’m getting out of here.
They both left the machine and ran outside to find friends and neighbors standing outside wondering what happened to the sun. They acted as if they had no idea and hoped this was all a bad dream. Within days the entire world began to freeze over. Nearly half of the world’s population had died and the other half was soon next. Eventually the entire population of the world was dead and all because of a malfunction in technology.

Be Careful What You Wish For

Adapted from "How the World Was Saved"

Klapaucius was always testing the limits of everything he came across. Living in the small town of Nicolajev, just south of Lvov, it was hard for him to encounter a disheveled building and not try to fix it. Being a constructor during the time of World War II, Klapaucious felt the need to always prove himself better than everyone else. He thought that if he tried to repair the buildings himself, he would be recognized as the best constructor in the town; and become much more famous than his childhood friend, Trurl.
“That Trurl was always better than me at everything. Winning science fairs, sports games, even cooked better than I did. And now he thinks he can invent a machine that can create anything… I don’t think so! Not this time! I’m going to show him that I can be just as great. If I could just get the supplies I need to fix up these-”
“Morning, stretch!” Klapaucius’s ranting came to a sudden halt as his coworker and neighbor, Artur, approached him. “Are you taking on the impossible again?”
“Yep, just the usual. Trying to move heaven and Earth, again.” Klapaucius glanced at Artur and continued to pick up debris.
“You know you’re gonna hurt yourself, right?”
“You think I don’t know that, Art?”
“I know you do, I just don’t understand why you’re still trying to do it.”
“I really couldn’t tell you.”
“Perhaps your pride ate your common sense.”
Klapaucius stood up to face Artur. “By golly! I think you’re right! That’s just what happened! My pride just gobbled my common sense right up.”
Artur didn’t appreciate the sarcasm. “This is the 1940’s, man. We’ve got the machinery to move this crap. I don’t know why you insist on doing this by yourself.” Artur had been good friends with Klapaucius for years in the construction business. He knew that Klapaucius had always felt inferior to his childhood pal, Trurl and could see how it influenced him in everything he did. Klapaucius was going to prove to Trurl that he could be better than him at something, and cleaning up the ruins from the war with his own bare hands was exactly how he was going to do it.
“I don’t need it. Besides, I already broke two of our best trucks last week.”
“Well, maybe if you used them the way they were designed to work, then you wouldn’t be breaking them all the time.”
Klapaucius was always testing the limits of everything he questioned, especially when it came to technology. He always doubted things he didn’t understand and was too focused and determined to be better than Trurl to try and understand them.
“Hey, did you catch the last episode of ‘Science Now’ on station 3? It was pretty awesome and the sound is amazing. Unlike anything I’ve ever heard before.” Artur continued to watch Klapaucius struggle with the pieces of a once-standing market.
“I don’t listen to the radio.”
“But you have one, so why don’t you use it? Besides, you’re missing out on the quality! That jingle in the background really sets to tone for the show."
“Well, you learn something new every day.” Klapaucius stood up to stretch his back and Artur could tell he was starting to hurt.
“Why don’t we go back to the shop for a while? You’ve been out here all morning.”
Reluctantly, Klapaucius stopped his work to go back with Artur to the shop. As soon as they arrived, the phone rang.

“What the hell is this?”Klapauciua stared at the obnoxious box sitting on the back end of the work bench.
“It’s a telephone, you know, those things that the boss always talked about getting that allows us to communicate with other folks far away.”
Klapaucius picked up the banana-like object connected by a long cord.
“Hello!? Is anybody there? Hello!?”
“Klapaucius, you’ve got it upside down.”
“God dammit. Hello?”
“Greetings, Klapaucius! How are you doing this fine day?” It was Trurl.
“Oh, hey. I’m doing alright/ Yourself?”
“I couldn’t be better! How’s the constituting going that you conduct over there?”
“It’s construction that I do, and I’m building just fine. Actually, I’m working on a pretty big repair project around the town. Kind of a big deal.” Klapaucius utilized every chance he got to show off for Trurl.
“Well that’s nice. Hey, you know that robot I was telling you about a few months back?”
“I do recall you mentioning something about a robot, yes.” Kalpaucius clearly remembered exactly what Trurl was talking about. He’s been dwelling on the thought since the day he told him.
“Well, it’s done! I wanted it to create “anything” I told it to make, but the hard drive couldn’t handle it, so I had to choose a smaller horizon of possibilities.”
“And what exactly does that mean?”
“Well, I’d love for you to stop on by to check it out for yourself.”
Klapaucius knew this robot was going to surpass and expectations he had for it. He decided to ask Artur to join him.
“Hey, Artur, you wanna stop over Trurl’s to check out that robot of his that he’s created?”
“I’d love to, but I have to head home right after work. My wife hasn’t been doing well since last month. Just do me a favor, Klay, and don’t try and sabotage whatever he’s working on. I know you have a tendency to do that.”
Artur’s wife had been taken away to a concentration camp and escaped but became sick.
“Alright, I’ll be there after dinner around 7. How does that sound?”
“Splendid.”
After work, Klapaucius did as he said he would and headed over to Trurl’s up north in Lvov. It had been a while since he had been over to Trurl’s and he noticed that his house was much larger than he remembered it a few months before.
“Come, come! Welcome to my new and improved abode.”
Klapaucius felt as if he was in an entirely new building. Of course, Trurl’s two-story home dominated Klapaucius’s three-roomed shed back in Nicolajev.
“Yeah, I like it. So, where’s this almighty robot you’re talking about?” Klapaucius tried to distract Trurl from talking about his renovations to his house.
“Right this way.” Trurl lead Klapaucius to his underground laboratory he had to build to hide from the Nazi’s a few years back.
“Wow, looks sharp. Can I give it a try?” Klapaucius’s interest was sparked.
“Be my guest,” said Trurl. “But it has to start with n.”

Taking Responsibilities for Granted?

Created based on the short story: How the World Was Saved (1967) by: Stanislaw Lem
What in this world do you consider to be an important impact on your daily living? How important is making your own choices and having your own responsibilities? What if one day you could no longer do any of your daily activities’? What if there was a machine to all your responsibilities for you? Would it be good, or dangerous? Many would believe it to be a very good thing to have a machine do all your duties/ chores and not have to lift a finger at all.
George was a 35 year old man who lived life alone, with a part time job that he had just applied to and received. He had no friends, family or excitement in his life at all. The first day of work was approaching and he wasn’t sure what really to expect. Walking into his first day at work he did not expect anything less than grouchy people who hated their job, but to his surprise he met a man by the name Jim. Jim had worked at this company now for 10 years. After graduating from college he had begun to start a family, and started a career in construction. It is not what he had gone to college for, but it was money and bills needed to be paid. From that point on Jim and George became the best of pals and every shift George worked, Jim was there by his side. George didn’t have friends like this and for once he was starting to be happy.
Two years later, George has begun to think how this job was pointless, his home was not good enough, and the town in which he lives was not the best to live in. George has become very depressed yet again in his life. George began to think to himself,
“I have not done anything to better myself, or my community. I barely passed high school, and never even thought of college. What am I going to be in life, if I am anything at all?"
The next day at work Jim approached George and asked,
“Hey George! What’s up? Seems like something bothering you, you alright?”
“Man, life just is not what I had expected it to be when I was younger.”
“Well George, sometimes you have to make life how you want it.”
“Whatcha mean Jim?”
“Well if you want excitement make excitement.”
“You mean like go out, do something, and make something?” George replied.
“Yeah man, go do whatever you want to do that will make you happy while occupying your time.”
“Alright Jim, thanks! If you don’t mind, I have to go do something, see ya later!”
George scurried off in a hurry, leaving Jim no chance to say bye, but Jim just laughed and knew George was up to something. George had hurried all the way home to sit in his kitchen and think of something that he could make, that would take a while to make, be fun making, and possibly help him after its made. George suddenly jumped away from the table, and ran to the shed. He began to throw together different parts that he had laying around in his shed, hoping that after it would be a masterpiece that he could show the world!
A few weeks had passed and Jim had not heard from George at all, and it was not likely for him to miss so much work. Jim decided to stop by Georges home to see if everything was alright. While approaching the house, all he heard were power tools and hammers and George saying,
“Yes! That’s it! Almost finished!”
“George!? George ya there!?” yelled Jim
“Back here Jim! Come on back!”
Jim walked back to the yard scared of what he might have gotten himself into, “what’s up pal, where have you been? I missed you at work.”
“Oh Jim, you are just the person I wanna see! Look, look, I made something and I want you to be the first to see, I have been too busy doing work here, I couldn’t do work there!”
“Work? Here? Doing what George?”
“Well Jim, ya know how you told me I had to find something to do or make to make my life more exciting!?”
“Ya George, go on.” Replied Jim as he started to chuckle under his breath.
“Well, look! I made something, and not just anything, the best thing in the universe!” George threw his hands up and said “Jim meet Robo!!!”
George began to laugh as he replied, “Cool George, What is Robo? What does it do?”
“What does it do you ask? You just sit back and watch, I’ll show you what Robo does.”
They both stood back in amazement as George told Robo to “throw the trash away” followed by “put the tools away”, and “close the windows” Jim was so amazed, he saw this wonderful creation that could do all his chores for him!
“Hey man, ya think I can take this home and borrow it?”
“I am so glad you asked! Keep it for a few weeks while I get supplies to make another one, this thing could be the best invention ever!” George said with so much excitement.
Jim was so happy that he was able to borrow this wonderful creation that his best friend made. He thought to himself the entire way home about how he will never have to lift a finger again except at work of course. He now no longer had to do laundry, dishes, take out the trash, nothing. He and family could finally be able to have family nights while Robo did all the chores for them.
Three days later at work Jim came in full of excitement ranting on and on about how they had a great weekend spending time together as a family and how Robo did all the house work for them, Robo even made them breakfast before work and school. George was so glad to hear the positive feedback about Robo, and couldn’t wait to get home to put Robo2 together.
The next week Jim came into work, looking very exhausted, and irritated. “What’s wrong Jim!?” George said.
“George you have to take Robo back, it’s been nothing but making my family lazy, and irresponsible. My kids no longer do anything I tell them to, they just have Robo do it. My wife and I have been fighting over this because neither one of us does anything in the house nor Robo doesn’t do things to her standards. It was nice to have for a little bit, but nothing we as a family could ever rely on.” Jim began to get very angry just thinking about it.
“So I take it you don’t recommend Robo for everyone?” George said hesitantly, seeing the look upon Jims face.”
“Not for normal people who are capable of doing things on their own, maybe for the elderly, or disabled. But not for young, normal, energized human beings.”
George seemed a bit upset from his response, but Jim didn’t seem to care, he simply gave Robo back and replied, “If it does no good, then destroy him.”
“Jim how could you say destroy such an amazing creation? Maybe this is great for people like me, people who are lonely and have no life. Maybe I can use Robo and be perfectly fine, I wouldn’t have to worry about standards, or if it’s done the right or wrong way, as long as it gets done and I don’t have to do it I will be happy! This is the end of our conversation Jim, have a good one!” George began to stomp away in anger towards his friend, but Jim did not know how to explain to him that this machine just is not the best for people who are capable of making their own choices and taking care of their own responsibilities. Later that day while they went to clock out of work, Jim asked George if he was still mad, George replied, “This could be the best and you are turning it away.”
“George it could be the worst, it could be bad for you as an individual and for your health. All this invention promotes is laziness.”
“Ok Jim, I will find out for myself.” George walked away from Jim not wanting to hear another word from him. He didn’t want to hear negative about the best creation in the world that was made by him. A few weeks have passed by, and George would not answer Jims calls, or the door when he would stop by. Jim had decided to just give him space and hopefully soon he will see his friend again.
With Jim changing his schedule at work, he never sees George. Four months have passed since Jim and George’s disagreement and Jim just doesn’t know what to do anymore. Jim had gone into the grocery store one late night after work and as he was shopping he noticed an obese gentleman slowly scrolling down the aisles. It had appeared to Jim that this gentleman was having difficulties but as he approached him he saw what appeared to be Robo in front of this guy’s electronic chair. Jim then hears
“Grab one box of stuffing from the third shelf and two cans of corn from the third shelf.”
“George? Is that you?” Jim says, as the gentleman slowly turns his head.
“Yeah, it’s me. What do you want?” George replied rudely.
“Oh my what has happened to you George, you look, you look, well you look…”
“I look fat! I look lazy? Huh! Is that what you are going to say Jim, well you were right, this is what a machine that does it all FOR you, does TO you!”
“George I am terribly sorry I wish I could help, is there anything, and I mean anything I could do for you!?”
“Jim there’s nothing anyone can do, I’ve done this to myself, and I am going to live with it till the day I die! Now if you shall go about doing what you were doing and just leave me and Robo to finish our shopping!” George scolded Jim as he scrolled his way to the checkouts.
Jim was in shock. “What has happened to my friend in whom I was so close with?” “What to do to help?” Jim became very upset and just did not know what to do, he didn’t even get the chance to say good bye to his best friend.
Two weeks had come and gone and every trip Jim had taken to the store, he had hoped that he would see George again, but still nothing. Jim had gone into work, it was a Monday, and he was called into the boss’ office. Jim thought to himself “Why am I getting called into the boss’ office? I’ve never done anything wrong to be called into there? “As Jim walked into the office, his boss handed him an envelope that read “my one and only friend.” Jim in shock knew that this letter was from George. Jim opened the letter and this is how it read:
Dear Jim,
If you are reading this letter, it means I have passed away. My life was long and lonely but these past 6 years of my life have been the best. I had the bestest friend in the world who stood by my side through every decision I had made. I remember those days where you stood on my porch knocking, calling my name, but I was so afraid to admit that you were right and I was wrong that I kept the door shut and the blinds closed. If it were not for you and your honesty on my invention I would not have realized that I take life for granted. I take my mobility, my voice, and my body for granted every day. With that being said, I would like for you to do me a favor. Please take Robo to any place in which you think would be able to help those who need help. Also take them the pictures and directions that I have wrote on how to invent them. I want to know that my invention went to a good use like you said, instead of being used to promote laziness like I used it. I want people who cannot live life with mobility and responsibilities to be able to. Also I want to thank you. I want to thank you for being the best friend I never had. I know now, even though it is too late, that I had everything I needed in life and needed nothing more. But like most people, I have taken that for granted and didn’t know what I had till I didn’t have it anymore.
Yours truly,
George.
Jim sat in amazement that George was even gone. But he knew one thing, from now on Robo will be used for those who cannot do for themselves. That day he left work early and dropped off Robo and the blue prints off at a local nursery home, and with that he left many individuals the ability to do what they were not able to for a very long time.

One World, One Heart
Five years… No sun, frozen water, minimal plant life, food supply is almost gone, life is almost nonexistent.  Five years have passed since the horrible event Trurl calls “n”.  Each and every day that has past, Trurl has been hard at work trying to fix the machine that he has created.  Without all of the elements that were destroyed by the machine; Trurl doesn’t know how to fix the Machine.  He has tried almost everything and anything that is possibly left on the planet.  He is running out of options… Without fixing the machine and using the machine to fix the planet… the planet may cease to exist; without the sun and water there is no way to grow crops, without crops you can’t feed the livestock and without either of those sources of food, without the sources of food you can’t live and therefore cause a problem.  This basic concept constantly runs through Trurl’s mind.
Everyday Trurl asks The Machine “What is the key to fix this planet?”
The Machine Replies “The answer lies in the one beat that all species share.”
More and more confused by this Trurl was at a breaking point, and was beginning to become mad ask the same questions rapidity; why, how, what do I do?  He was lost he tried everything to his knowledge.
After days of madness Trurl finally realized he hadn’t slept in almost a week, realizing he was becoming mad because he was stumped he decided maybe some good sleep would get him back on the right track.
Three and a half hours later, there’s a huge pounding on his door “knock, knock, knock, knock, knock.”  Trurl springs out of bed and runs to the panic, thinking something is wrong, he opens the door and standing there is Klapaucius. Trurl was speechless and had no clue what to say or think.  When suddenly Klapaucius says “I’m here to help”
Trurl replies “After 5 years you have the nerve to show up and say you’re here to help my fix this! Where were you the past 5 years to help? And this is your entire fault!”
With a look of sadness in his eyes Klapaucius says, “My friend I’m sorry for my actions and I am sorry for trying to disprove your Machine but I was just jealous and didn’t want you to think you were better than me, I know that I have cause all of this, that’s why I finally came back to help find a way to fix all of this,… I’m sorry my friend”
Trurl quickly jolts back saying “I’ve already tried everything and I don’t know what else to do.  Your help isn’t needed or wanted!”
Klapaucius replies “Please, let me kelp. I’ll put all my heart in it! I wi…..”
Trurl Suddenly interrupted by saying “That’s IT!!”
With a confused look on his face Klapaucius says “what is?”
Trurl replies “The heart is, it is the key to fixing the Machine and the planet!! I have to in some way make the Machine need what we need, and feel what we feel! That way the Machine will create everything it destroyed!”
Klapaucius instantly replies “Let’s get to work!”
Trurl then said “here is the plan.  We are going to find all the animals possible and use their hearts to put in the Machine, to make it living.  So that the Machine will have to bring everything back that it destroyed.”
Immediately the two of them start finding all of the wildlife in town that’s left. Animal after animal, none of their hearts worked to power the machine.
Trurl then asked the Machine “we know all you need is a heart, why won’t take any we give you?”
The Machine then replied “The answer lies within your kind”
Trurl then knew then the only way to fix everything was to sacrifice a human and take their heart and put it in the machine.  That’s when klapaucius immediately without hesitating injected himself with air, killing himself.
Klapaucius last words to his friend Trurl were “I’m sorry, I Know I cause all of this, and this is my way of making it right.  Please take my heart after I’m dead and please finish the job.  Remember me for who I am but not for what I did….”
After Klapaucius sacrificed himself, Trurl then used his heart and place into the Machine.  The Machine instantaneously was able to feel in every way a human could.  Needing the sun, running water, and sources of food, the Machine was ready to create anything that Trurl commanded it to.  The only problem was that the Machine could only create things that started with an n but not with any other letter, unlike all of the things that the Machine destroyed.
Remembering this Trurl quickly started to tweak all of the mechanical settings on the Machine... finally after a couple of hours Trurl was able to tweak the Machine enough to where it could create anything instead of just things that start with an n.
At that moment Trurl commanded the Machine to remake everything that it destroyed, as the machine created what was once destroyed everything started to turn slowly back to normal, after a couple weeks of constant creating the Machine was finally finished.  Trurl was very happy as were the people that the survived the 5 years of devastation.  Everything was back to normal and the world was saved. This time for good!

How The World Was Becoming Destroyed

How The World Was Becoming Destroyed

Created from the short story: How the world was saved by Stanislaw Lem

7 years ago my brother was killed in a war with them Americans. I still have not found justice for him yet, but I think I’ve finally found my way how to ruin their world & get justice for my brother. You see, those Americans over there in those countries never realize what they have, not until they lose it anyways, and I think I found the perfect way to take away everything they have right away from them.

Now you ask how could I possibly take everything they have from them? Well it is easy, you’ll see. I’m putting together a machine that can shut every single piece of technology down over there. Yeah, I bet you never thought I would create something as good as this huh?! If I find a way to take away technology, they would have nothing to live for. Them Americans abuse technology, all they do is over use it, they need to realize what they take for granted these days. I’ll show them. This machine still has some adjusting to do, to get everything right but I am determined I tell ya. It’s only been about 20 years since a personal computer was created for your home, that’s all they had at one point.

Since then, the world of technology has shown no signs of slowing down and practically every device available today is somehow tied to computer technology. They do not deserve technology, and my brother did not deserve to die in that war. Over the last five years, technology has been rapidly changing and expanding in every field imaginable. I could just imagine the faces on them Americans when they can’t wake up in the morning to check their cell phone, or even use it at all, or especially seeing them not able to get on those computers or watch television on those huge TVs. what’s wrong with them anyways? Why do they need all this to survive do they realize the hole they are creating for themselves? I’ll make them realize. Even in schools now, that’s basically all they ever use. Gone are the days where one had to post a letter and wait a week or more for a response and long distance phone calls are unnecessary for anyone with a computer, a webcam, and a speedy Internet connection over there.

Them Americans have it all! Do you remember the last time someone had to read a map to figure out their destination? Neither do I. In automobiles there is even standard GPS built in cars making the days of carrying a map completely unnecessary and improving the peace of mind of anyone who must travel the roads alone or at night. Not to mention that they even have electric cars now. My machine is coming along great, it is almost done. All the love they knew for technology will soon be shut down. I should make a public announcement to my country so they could see this too, they would love it! Them Americans should thank me you know, they shouldn’t be so dependant on technology anyways.

My machine is ready, and so is my country. In a couple of days there world will be destroyed like mine was. It worked! It really worked! It is shutting all there technology down faster then you know it. I cant believe it really worked! My country is in complete joy, so am I. It’s been a week now, they are all devastated. Half of them don’t even have jobs anymore. Their jobs consisted of being on computers or something else dealing with technology. There country completely crashed on them, thanks to me. Now there is no more technology for them at all. They’ll all have to fend for them selves and go back into the early days of having to read from books, and walk everywhere instead of using there cars.

It’s been 3 weeks and half of their population is nearly dead already. They’ve went crazy! They should figure out how to live without technology, not feign for it and kill over it. This is just what I imagined happening ya know I knew they couldn’t handle something as drastic as this, that’s if it really happened to them. That’s too bad I can't keep it going, if only i could sleep a little longer and dream a little harder.

Thats too bad I just woke up, everything in that dream was going great! Maybe I could really find a way to shut down all their technology one day. They don’t seem to realize that technology has taken a turn for the worse for them as a society anyways, if only they didn’t take technology for granted and over use it. Ahh, Well.. It sure is good to dream.
